1、 50 hour maintenance items:

1、紧固传动轴联接螺栓。

1. Tighten the connecting bolts of the transmission shaft.

2、检查液压、气压、制动系统的密封性。

2. Check the tightness of hydraulic, pneumatic and braking systems.

3、检查电气系统线路及电器元件是否正常。

3. Check whether the electrical system circuit and electrical components are normal.

4、变速箱油位是否满足要求，无级变速车辆需要更换变矩器内的液压传动油就是液压油。

4. Whether the transmission oil level meets the requirements, CVT vehicles need to change the hydraulic transmission oil in the torque converter, which is the hydraulic oil.

5、检查润滑系统，各项操作系统是否灵活到位，手制动，变速箱操纵系统。

5. Check the lubrication system, the operation system is flexible in place, hand brake, transmission control system.

6、向前后车架交接点，传动轴，副车架各点加注黄油。

6. Grease the junction point of front and rear frame, transmission shaft and subframe.

7、紧固前后桥与车架链接螺栓。

7. Tighten the connecting bolts between the front and rear axle and the frame.

8、检查调整手制动间隙

9、检查方向机空行程和随动杆万向杆间隙，必要时给予调整。

9. Check the idle stroke of the steering gear and the clearance of the universal joint of the follower, and adjust it if necessary.

10、变速箱更换新油，清洗油箱滤清器。

10. Replace the transmission with new oil and clean the oil tank filter.

11、更换前 后桥齿轮油。

12、更换液压工作油，清洗油箱滤清器。

12. Change the hydraulic working oil and clean the oil tank filter.

13、清洗检查制动总泵，更换刹车油，检查制动灵活性。

14、清洗燃油箱滤清器。
