（1）缩短运输距离：装载相同质量的物料，运输相同的距离，装载机消耗的油料远多于货车。装载机给货车装料作业时，无论装载机大小，前进、后退的距离应分别为装载机机身长度的0.8倍，不要超过2倍，以减少装载机满载状态下的运输距离，缩短作业循环时间，从而节省燃油，并增加作业效率。

(1) Shorten the transportation distance: when loading materials of the same quality and transporting the same distance, the loader consumes much more oil than the truck. When the loader loads the truck, regardless of the size of the loader, the forward and backward distances shall be 0.8 times and no more than 2 times of the length of the loader body, so as to reduce the transportation distance under full load and shorten the operation cycle time, so as to save fuel and increase the operation efficiency.

（2）选择挡位作业：装载机铲斗插到料堆，剥离物料时，插到阻力较大，铲装过程中应选择Ⅰ挡，使用相对较小的油门就能完成铲装。小油门时柴油机转速低，不但油耗低，而且工作装置液压系统流量小，溢流损失少，从而进一步降低柴油机油耗。

(2) Select gear operation: when the loader bucket is inserted into the material pile and the material is stripped, the insertion resistance is large. In the process of shovel loading, select gear I, and the shovel loading can be completed by using a relatively small throttle. When the throttle is small, the speed of the diesel engine is low, not only the fuel consumption is low, but also the flow of the hydraulic system of the working device is small and the overflow loss is small, so as to further reduce the fuel consumption of the diesel engine.

（3）避免变矩器失速：装载机铲斗插到料堆和剥离物料时，可能由于物料坚硬而不好剥离，即使增加柴油机油门，装载机前进速度仍然为零，这种现象被称为变矩器失速。变矩器失速时柴油机的油耗很高，柴油机产生的能量全被变矩器吸收转化为热量，并通过变矩器油散热器散发到大气中，此时装载机作业效率为0。

(3) Avoid torque converter stall: when the loader bucket is inserted into the pile and stripped of materials, it may be difficult to peel off due to the hardness of the materials. Even if the throttle of the diesel engine is increased, the forward speed of the loader is still zero. This phenomenon is called torque converter stall. When the torque converter stalls, the fuel consumption of the diesel engine is very high. All the energy generated by the diesel engine is absorbed by the torque converter and converted into heat, which is distributed to the atmosphere through the torque converter oil radiator. At this time, the operating efficiency of the loader is 0.
