(1)带棚的透气的矿山装载机异响主要是运动副配合间隙太大或配合面有损伤,运动中引起冲击和振动造成的。带棚的透气的矿山装载机因磨损、松动或调整不当造成运动副配合间隙太大时,运转中引起冲击和振动,产生声波,并通过机体和空气传给人耳,于是我们听到了响声。带棚的透气的矿山装载机如曲轴主轴承响、连杆轴承响凸轮轴轴承响、活塞敲缸响、活塞销响、气门脚响、正时齿轮响等,多是因配合间隙太大成的。

(1) The abnormal noise of ventilated mine loader with shed is mainly caused by the impact and vibration caused by the large fitting clearance of the moving pair or the damage of the fitting surface. (2)燃烧异响主要是发动机不正常燃烧造成的。如汽油发动机产生爆燃或表面点火时,柴油发动机工作粗暴时,气缸内均会产生很高的压力波。这些压力波相互撞击并撞击燃烧室壁和活塞顶,发出强烈的类似敲击金属的声响,是典型的燃烧异响。

(2) Abnormal combustion noise is mainly caused by abnormal combustion of the engine. For example, when the gasoline engine produces deflagration or surface ignition, and when the diesel engine works rough, a high pressure wave will be generated in the cylinder. These pressure waves collide with each other and hit the combustion chamber wall and piston crown, making a strong sound similar to knocking metal, which is a typical abnormal combustion sound.

(3)空气动力异响主要是在发动机进气口、排气口和运转中的风扇处,因气流振动而造成的。

(4)电磁异响主要是发电机、电动机和某些电磁器件内,由于磁场的交替变化,引起机械中某些部件或某一部分空间产生振动而造成的。
