In summer, due to the influence of ambient temperature, tunnel loading opportunities are faced with many difficulties. For example, the "heart" component of the whole machine, diesel engine, decreases the viscosity of lubricating oil, lubrication and power due to the increase of temperature, and its internal parts are often prone to wear, which is a common fault. Therefore, the diesel engine should be carefully maintained when doing a good job in the maintenance technology of tunnel loader in summer.

1.为了确实小型整机的冷却系统效能良好，在进入夏季以前，应对冷却系统的各个部件进行清理、紧固和润滑，尽可能的清理冷却系统水垢包括散热器内的水垢清理干净），以提高散热效能，保持冷却系统畅通和加速冷却水的循环。

1. In order to ensure that the cooling system of the small complete machine has good efficiency, all components of the cooling system shall be cleaned, fastened and lubricated before entering summer, and the scale of the cooling system (including the scale in the radiator) shall be cleaned as much as possible, so as to improve the heat dissipation efficiency, keep the cooling system unblocked and accelerate the circulation of cooling water.

2.检查水泵一风扇传动皮带，皮带经长期使用后，皮带会产生疲劳、变形，降低冷却效果。皮带更换时，要注意型号和长度，并正确调整其松紧度。

2. Check the water pump fan drive belt. After long-term use, the belt will be tired and deformed, reducing the cooling effect. When replacing the belt, pay attention to the model and length, and correctly adjust its tightness.

3.检查水箱连接胶管，水箱的胶管的耐油性比较差，容易早期损坏，从而影响供水量，引起发动机温度升过高。检查有破裂和漏水现象，要及时排除。同时要保持足量的冷却水，发现不足要及时添加。

3. Check the connecting hose of the water tank. The hose of the water tank has poor oil resistance and is easy to be damaged early, which affects the water supply and causes excessive engine temperature rise. Check for cracks and water leakage, and eliminate them in time. At the same time, sufficient cooling water shall be maintained and added in time in case of deficiency.

4.整机的正确使用，要时刻注意水温表的读数，达到90°以上时要采取措施。可选择就近的阴凉处停车并以怠速降温，注意不要立即熄火，以防止发动机内部过热而造成拉缸等事故。待温度降下来后，还应检查风扇皮带的张力情况。

4. For the correct use of the whole machine, always pay attention to the reading of the water temperature gauge, and take measures when it reaches more than 90 °. You can choose to park in a nearby shady place and cool down at idle speed. Be careful not to turn off the engine immediately, so as to prevent cylinder pulling and other accidents caused by overheating inside the engine. After the temperature drops, check the tension of the fan belt.

5.进入夏季之前，要有针对性的对润滑系统的各个部件做一次性能检测，以使机油压表、变速箱压力表指示准确。对变速箱、变距器和驱动桥内的油液进行一次系统的检查，从油液的品质到油液的数量，并要保持油液清洁。

5. Before entering the summer, targeted one-time energy detection shall be conducted for each component of the lubrication system to make the indication of the oil pressure gauge and transmission pressure gauge accurate. Carry out a systematic inspection of the oil in the transmission, distance converter and drive axle, from the quality of the oil to the quantity of the oil, and keep the oil clean.

隧道装载机夏季维护，夏季行车中，装载机轮胎层数多为14层左右，和大型轮胎相比传热较快，很容易发生轮胎过热，使内压增高，促使轮胎的橡胶物理性能下降，以于引起爆胎。如发现轮胎气压、轮胎温度过高，应将车停在阴凉处降温后再继续行驶。不允许用放气的方法来降低轮胎的气压，或用冷水浇发热的轮胎.
