矿用装载机挂挡不行走的原因是什么?

矿用装载机某一档位挂挡不行走或行走缓慢时,主传动轴旋转快速有力,提升发动机转速时,主传动轴转速的提升与前后传动轴明显不成比例。这是什么原因呢?有什么措施呢?
When a certain gear of the mine loader does not move or moves slowly, the main drive shaft rotates rapidly and powerfully. When the engine speed is increased, the increase of the speed of the main drive shaft is obviously out of proportion to the front and rear drive shafts. What is the reason? What are the solutions?
空档及其余档位变速油压正常,挂该挡后压力明显下降。
The transmission oil pressure in neutral and other gears is normal, and the pressure drops significantly after engaging this gear.
故障原因:
Cause of failure:
1)轴承盖或尼龙环严重磨损。
1) The bearing cover or nylon ring is severely worn.
2)如轴承盖或尼龙环良好或磨损轻微,则确认该档离合器内外封环密封不良。
2) If the bearing cover or nylon ring is in good condition or slightly worn, confirm that the inner and outer sealing rings of the clutch are poorly sealed.
措施:
Solution:
更换相应损坏零件即轴承盖或尼龙环、内外封封环,重新调整轴套与轴承盖间隙。
Replace the corresponding damaged parts, i.e. bearing cover or nylon ring, inner and outer sealing ring, and readjust the clearance between shaft sleeve and bearing cover.
故障分析:矿用装载机某一档位挂挡行走无力或不行走,可排除变矩器、行走泵、减压阀等各档公用油路和部件的问题,故障发生的部位只能在变速控制阀之后到该档离合器活塞之间的油路上。
Fault analysis: if a certain gear of the mine loader is unable to move or cannot move in gear, the problems of the common oil circuit and components of each gear such as torque converter, travel pump and pressure reducing valve can be eliminated. The fault can only occur in the oil circuit between the clutch piston of this gear after the variable speed control valve.
