Explosion proof loader can be seen from the literal meaning alone. It is a machine with explosion-proof ability and can load goods. Its application environment is mainly divided into mining environment and ground environment. The following small series will introduce it in detail.

矿用防爆装载机主要是应用于井下。与地面环境相比而言，井下环境通风条件更差，而且员工相对密集，但爆炸性危险气体的种类比较单一（瓦斯气）。

Mine explosion-proof loader is mainly used underground. Compared with the ground environment, the underground environment has worse ventilation conditions and relatively dense employees, but the type of explosive dangerous gas is relatively single (gas).

地面用防爆装载机的使用环境是非常复杂的，要面临的危险性物质的种类更多，环境中危险物质的爆炸极限（上限和下限）、点燃温度、存在状态等特性更多样化。根据危险物质的种类和出现频率，又可将地面危险环境分为0区、1区、2区、20区、21区和22区。

The use environment of ground explosion-proof loaders is very complex. There are more types of hazardous substances to face, and the explosion limit (upper and lower limit), ignition temperature, existence state and other characteristics of hazardous substances in the environment are more diverse. According to the type and frequency of hazardous substances, the ground hazardous environment can be divided into zone 0, zone 1, zone 2, zone 20, zone 21 and zone 22.

两者防爆装载机的应用环境不同，客户群体也不同，防爆方案也是不一样的，所执行的标准和获得的证书都不同。换句话说，客户在采购防爆装载机时，应针对其使用环境进行合理分类，然后在适当的类别下选择装载机供应商。

The application environment and customer groups of the two explosion-proof loaders are different, and the explosion-proof solutions are also different, with different standards and certificates.
