1、操作装载机转动方向盘，好像亲手转轮胎的感觉

轮式装载机采用的是全液压式转向，操作时很轻快灵活而且转角小，只须轻轻转动。初学者操作时很不适应，有“画龙”、抖动和打死转向、撞击等现象，操作时心里没底。一名好的汽车驾驶员初学装载机驾驶时也会有同样的现象，而且很长一段时间才能改正。这样，一方面降低了工程施工效率，另一方面加快了机械的损坏速度。

The wheel loader adopts full hydraulic steering, which is very light and flexible in operation, and the angle is small, so it only needs to rotate gently. Beginners do not adapt to the operation. There are phenomena such as "drawing a dragon", shaking, killing, turning, impact and so on. They have no bottom in mind when operating. A good car driver will have the same phenomenon when learning to drive a loader for the first time, and it will take a long time to correct it. In this way, on the one hand, the construction efficiency is reduced, on the other hand, the damage speed of machinery is accelerated.

2、操作人员油门踏板与刹车踏板正确配合的感觉

由于轮式装载机传动机构没有离合器踏板，且国内汽车驾驶员培训机构到目前为止，大多数还是使用手动挡车辆培训学员，使装载机驾驶初学者习惯性以为左脚刹车踏板就是离合器踏板，练习者经常使机械突然紧急刹车，而练习者却全然不知，容易造成事故。要找到这种感觉，就要求初学者有充分的理论知识和充足的模拟训练，在练习加减挡时教练可坐于练习者左侧，加挡时教练可用自己的右脚钩住练习者的左脚，换挡后再放开，使其慢慢适应。

Because the transmission mechanism of wheel loader has no clutch pedal, and most domestic automobile driver training institutions still use manual gear to train students, beginners of loader driving habitually think that the left foot brake pedal is the clutch pedal. Practitioners often make the machinery suddenly brake, but the practitioners do not know it at all, which is easy to cause accidents. To find this feeling, beginners are required to have sufficient theoretical knowledge and sufficient simulation training. During the practice of shifting, the coach can sit on the left side of the practitioner. During shifting, the coach can hook the left foot of the practitioner with his right foot and release it after shifting to make it adapt slowly.

随着新型机械设备的产生，生产型企业还应当加大调试人员的培训，使其能够掌握更新、更的操作技术，掌握应用机械的基本参数及机械性能，以便能有效设备运行中出现的故障现象。
