一、检查转向器

1、 Check the steering gear

由于其他动作基本正常，证明先导油压力是正常的。如果单向阀关闭不严、转向器的摆线齿轮马达转子与定子或套筒与滑阀之间的工作面磨损是比较严重的，都会导致流向转向阀的先导油被分流回油箱，导致转向出现迟缓的现象。转动转向盘手感不重，说明单向阀功能完好；而当发动机出现熄火后，转动转向盘手感比较沉重，说明转向器内部并没有磨损内泄，所以排除了转向器的故障。

If the check valve is not closed tightly and the working surface between the rotor and stator of the cycloidal gear motor of the steering gear or between the sleeve and the slide valve is seriously worn, the pilot oil flowing to the steering valve will be diverted back to the oil tank, resulting in slow steering. The hand feeling of turning the steering wheel is not heavy, indicating that the check valve is in good condition; When the engine stalls, the hand feel of turning the steering wheel is relatively heavy, indicating that there is no wear and internal leakage inside the steering gear, so the fault of the steering gear is eliminated.

二、检查转向液压缸

2、 Check the steering hydraulic cylinder

如果转向液压缸活塞环破损或缸筒内壁被异物划伤而导致的间隙太大，高压腔的油便会内泄到低压腔，也会导致转向出现迟缓。将无故障的转向液压缸换装试验，仍然有故障，这就说明转向液压缸是没有问题的。

If the piston ring of the steering hydraulic cylinder is damaged or the inner wall of the cylinder barrel is scratched by foreign matters, the clearance is too large, the oil in the high-pressure chamber will leak into the low-pressure chamber, which will also lead to slow steering. The steering hydraulic cylinder without fault is still faulty in the replacement test, which shows that there is no problem with the steering hydraulic cylinder.

三、检查转向阀

3、 Check the steering valve

如果赃物卡住过载溢流阀的控制提升阀，或因该阀弹簧弹力的减弱，使部分油液泄回油箱，则会导致转向系统压力太低；若滑阀2被赃物卡住，则发动机在低转速的时候转换泵不能和转向泵共同为转向系统提供油，也会导致转向速度比较缓慢。拆检证明，阀内各个部分均正常，且无卡滞的现象，说明转向阀没有故障。

If the stolen goods jam the control poppet of the overload relief valve, or part of the oil is discharged back to the oil tank due to the weakening of the spring force of the valve, the pressure of the steering system will be too low; If the slide valve 2 is stuck by dirt, the change-over pump and the steering pump cannot supply oil to the steering system together at low engine speed, which will also lead to slow steering speed. The disassembly inspection proves that all parts in the valve are normal and there is no jamming, indicating that the steering valve is not faulty.

四、检查转向泵

解体检查转向泵，发现其主动齿轮有1个齿已经断裂，从而使转子和叶片的侧面与侧板端面出现严重的磨损和划痕，导致严重的内泄，引起供油量的不足，造成转向比较迟缓，更换泵后，转向性能则可以恢复。

After disassembling and inspecting the steering pump, it is found that one tooth of its driving gear has been broken, resulting in serious wear and scratches on the side of the rotor and blade and the end face of the side plate, resulting in serious internal leakage, insufficient oil supply and slow steering. After replacing the pump, the steering performance can be restored.
