Because the front wheel bears the load, steering and driving functions, and first contacts with foreign matters on the ground, it is more prone to tire burst. However, due to the heavy weight of loader and the limitation of site and tools, it is difficult to replace. 1.启动机器,就近寻找一块比较平坦开阔的场地,压下动臂升降杆,利用动臂支承使前轮离地,然后用支架支撑在前桥靠近爆胎的一侧,并将后轮楔好,这一过程必 须与驾驶员密切配合,以免造成 人身伤害。

Start the machine, find a relatively flat and open place nearby, press down the boom lifting rod, use the boom support to lift the front wheel off the ground, and then use the bracket to support the side of the front axle near the tire burst, and wedge the rear wheel well. This process must be closely coordinated with the driver to avoid personal injury.
2.利用撬杠等工具,拆卸挡圈及锁圈然后检查装载机轮胎衬垫与轮辋外表面是否粘连。若发生可撤掉支撑物,使机器在短距离内慢速往复运行,直衬垫与轮辋外表面脱离,此时需要注意严禁转向和高速行驶,以免损坏内胎。然后,前轮重新支撑起来。
2. Use crowbar and other tools to remove the retaining ring and lock ring, and then check whether the tire liner of loader adheres to the outer surface of rim. In case of any accident, the support can be removed to make the machine run back and forth slowly in a short distance until the liner is separated from the outer surface of the rim. At this time, it is necessary to pay attention to strictly prohibit steering and high-speed driving to avoid damaging the inner tube. Then, the front wheels are propped up again.
3.将内、外胎的相对位置作好标记,以便查找、清 除异物和修补轮胎。

4.利用撬杠等工具,将轮胎从轮辋上拆下。注意,动作要轻柔配合要默契,避免被轮胎砸伤,并且要保护好气门嘴。

5.外胎被钉子等细长异物扎伤后,若表面无明显创口或创口较小,则此外胎可继续使用;若创口较大,则必 须进行修补以防时间一长就会损坏内胎,甚创口越来越大、内胎突出,进而造成轮胎报废。

6.若是新内胎,必 须将气门嘴底部的螺栓拧紧,以防漏气,然后将外胎内腔的异物,并撒入适当的滑石粉破碎机,涂抹均匀。为了使衬垫与内、外胎贴紧,在装入内胎后应给内胎适当充气,再塞入衬垫。

7将轮胎装到轮辋上,装上锁圈、挡圈;安装过程中要保护好气门嘴,并用车载空压机给轮胎充气。压下动臂升降杆,取出支架,此换胎完毕,整个过程大约需要50分钟。
7. Install the tire on the rim and install the lock ring and retaining ring; In the process of installation, the valve mouth should be well protected and the tires should be inflated with the on-board air compressor.
