The water temperature of the initiator and the oil temperature of the torque converter shall not exceed the regular value, because the oil temperature exceeds the allowable value during loading operation, the loader shall be parked for cooling.

井下小铲车矿用装载机所运用的燃油要清洁，并经过48小时以上的沉淀，燃油商标应符合规则质量要求，液压体系用油和变速箱，变矩器用油符合要求；按规则进行保养与润滑，熟知各润滑点的方位。发起机发起后就怠速空转，待水温抵达55℃，气压升起复兴步跋涉。在山区坡道上跋涉，应避免发起机熄火，下坡跋涉时不容许发起机熄火，否则液压转向器，失灵形成事端。
