矿井装载机驾驶员面对车辆刹车忽然失灵，要沉着冷静的进行处理，尽可能利用地形等可利用条件进行减速，将车辆驾驶到平坦处立即停车处理。

矿井装载机上坡时出现刹车失灵，应适时减入低速挡，保持足够的动力驶上坡顶停车。如需半坡停车，应保持前进低挡位，拉紧手制动，如有后滑现象，车尾应朝向煤壁、岩壁或一面，并打开大灯和紧急信号灯，引起后方车辆的注意。

If the brake fails when the mine loader goes uphill, it should be reduced to low gear in time to maintain sufficient power to drive up the slope top and stop. If it is necessary to stop on a half slope, keep the forward low gear and tighten the hand brake. In case of back sliding, the rear of the vehicle shall face the coal wall, rock wall or safety side, and turn on the headlights and emergency signal lights to attract the attention of the vehicles behind.

下坡刹车失灵，不能利用车辆本身的机构控制车速，或找不到合适的物体降低车速时，驾驶员应果断地利用车厢一侧等钢性部位，向无电缆、水管一侧煤壁或岩壁靠拢，以摩擦、碰撞来增加阻力，达到强行停车脱险的目的，尽可能地减少事故损失。

When the downhill brake fails, the vehicle's own mechanism cannot be used to control the speed, or no suitable object can be found to reduce the speed, the driver should decisively use the rigid parts such as one side of the carriage to approach the coal wall or rock wall on the side without cables and water pipes, so as to increase the resistance by friction and collision, so as to achieve the purpose of forced parking and escape and reduce the accident loss as much as possible.

在运行过程中进行预见性刹车，驾驶员在车辆上下坡前不管有无情况都应该踩一下刹车。既可以检验刹车性能，也可以在发现刹车失灵时赢得控制车速的时间。

在下坡路段运行时，要用低速档行走。

矿井装载机驾驶员要按时对车辆的刹车系统进行保养，防止车辆因缺少刹车油、油管老化、刹车片磨损严重等情况导致刹车失灵。
