1、发动机出现无怠速故障现象：一般井下装载机发动机转速达到1800r/min时才能稳定运转，而低于1800r/min时会逐渐熄火。在井下装载机熄火后可以进行以下几个检查（1）对CO浓度调整螺钉进行检查（2）对点火系和供油系进行检测（3）对怠速稳定阀的控制电流进行了测试。之后在对怠速稳定阀进行更换并重新调速怠速及CO调速螺钉后试车，让发动机怠速转速稳定在800r/min，熄火后再次起动，怠速即可正常。怠速稳定阀的作用主要是稳定怠速，而该车怠速稳定阀若是损坏，会直接造成怠速不受控制阀控制而使井下装载机无法保持正常工作。

2、井下装载机在全部档位的情况下都是熄火，可以尝试检查下变速箱，若是其中油里含有大量铝沫渣子等杂质，则说明该井下装载机的变矩器坏了。
